# Sandbox - Get started The Introduction page to guide users in working with Datahub and its component ## STEP 1: Sandbox account registration To register a new company account, you have to go through 5 steps below: 1. Go to 2. Fill out company information 3. User information and password 4. Confirm email address (we highly recommend to use corporate email address) 5. Login ## STEP 2: Create your application {% hint style="success" %} Application is a part of management page that is used to register a mobile app for further SDK installation. {% endhint %} Once you have completed registration of a company account, please [Log In](https://userdatahub.com/user/login) into your account and follow to [Management](https://userdatahub.com/admin) page. Ensure that the "Company" part contains your company name. If so, the registration has been completed successfully. ![Management](https://2448377046-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-M1xB94FxziruOcTlP8S%2F-MU8RxCjm4bC4s5rgRYj%2F-MU8Siw61fqTqoZ8trvx%2FScreen%20Shot%202021-02-22%20at%2014.18.50.png?alt=media\&token=d0fc2d82-6efe-4a59-ab54-04f8b72f1279) #### There are 2 environments available: * **UAT** \ After you get User Group Credentials in your **UAT** app you will be able to create/register users in different user groups within one application. **Note:** in UAT mode you are limited by 50 users. * **Production**\ After you finish your testing and SDK integration process, you can create a **new application** and get new User Group Credentials for each user group in your application and just replace these credentials in your project to switch to production mode. ## STEP 3: Create a User group and get Credentials {% hint style="success" %} Once you create an application, the system will automatically create "Common" group, but you are free to rename it according to your goals. {% endhint %} Our platform contains a unique feature that allows to create separate groups of end-users and to [provide admin access](/management/access-management) (in DataHub) to each single user group (with restricted view and management of Company and Application levels), as well as to set up separate rules, run challenges and do other activities within one single application for different groups of users. These User Groups will have separate leaderboards and other independent features within our platform services. * Every new group has it's own **User Service Credentials**. * You can use them to implement in SDK for end-user registration into this group, register them via API or manually through DataHub interface (ex. for SDK testing period). You can also transfer users from one user group to another via API. Each Group has its own credentials. It will not take you more than 40 minutes to integrate SDK. Average period of heartbeats is around 2 hours, but it also depends on user's connection to Internet. Heartbeats help to indicate that the user has an installed application with active SDK and also shows all below information. {% endhint %} **Trips on device** - this indicator shows how many trips hasn't been sent from the SDK to our servers yet. The trips are always sent only if the internet connection is stable enough. **Last Date heartbeat** - the date of last received heartbeat. If the date is more than 24 hours ago, it usually means that the users has removed the application or has no internet connection for this period or has some issues with permissions or issues with a smartphone. **SDK Version** - SDK version that was installed in the application at the moment this latest heartbeat was sent. ### Services **Tracking** - indicator that shows that the main trip tracking was enabled for this device when the latest heartbeat was received **RealTimeLocation -** indicator that shows that the realtime location tracking was enabled for this device when the latest heartbeat was received **Logging -** indicator that shows that the logging (system information that can help our developers to easily find any issue) was enabled for this device when the latest heartbeat was received #### ### Telematics Data (Latest 7 days) ![](https://2448377046-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-M1xB94FxziruOcTlP8S%2F-MGNDscxI-KJVuttkNrY%2F-MGNGKtu6-Q3KnEh9yHv%2FScreen%20Shot%202020-09-04%20at%2010.38.15.png?alt=media\&token=35df4dc9-baa4-4665-a11c-f98891162866) **Received Tracks** - the tracks that we received from SDK on our servers **Invalid Tracks** - the tracks that have any mistakes **Process Tracks** - the tracks that are valid and were passed through telematics platform **Excluded Tracks** - the tracks that were excluded due to any wrong information (for example, the speed of the track was not high enough) **Enriched Tracks** - the tracks that we indicate as driving trips. For realtime data we generate a protocol that comparable with several hardware telematics protocols. Enable real-time data 3. Set up IMEIs. you will see users under IMEIs on the 3rd party platform. 4. Set Server settings: Server IP address and Port. This information can be found in 3rd party platform specification when you select a comparable device. 5. * **Inactive (yellow)**\ User has **enriched** tracks **OVER** last 14 days, but has **excluded** tracks **WITHIN** last 14 days, which means that Telematics SDK is active.
* **Lost (red)**\ User has **enriched** tracks **OVER** last 14 days and has **excluded** tracks **OVER** last 14 days, which usually means that the app was removed or any issues occurred.
* **No Data (gray)**\ User has no enriched tracks and no excluded tracks, which means one of these:\ \- user was created manually or through API, but app was not installed\ \- user has installed the application, but SDK hasn't been activated. Usually because of the [required permissions](/apps/applications-or-telematics-settings-guides) haven't granted correctly
